Q: Can you mark down my package for customs?
A: We are not able to mark packages down for customs. Marking packages down and as gifts is illegal and we could lose our business license. We're sorry for the inconvenience!
Q: How do you accept payment?
A: We accept payment in USD through paypal and from Credit Cards through Stripe.
Q: What is your return & exchange policy?
A: Please note: we do not accept returns if your items do not fit- please be sure of your measurements before ordering. We provide detailed descriptions and measurements for all items and are happy to answer any questions to prevent a disappointing order.
We only accept returns if the item ordered is not as described in the listing. We do our best to be as accurate as possible with all of our listings, but it is possible we overlooked something. In this case we will gladly accept a return of the item in the same condition you received it in for a refund or partial refund if you wish to keep the item. Refunds for returns will be issued for the item's purchase price, shipping fees are non refundable.

Q: What kinds of products do you offer?
A: Cherry Cordial second hand selection features brands like: Liz Lisa, Ank Rogue, Axes Femme, INGNI and Swankiss.
Because most of the clothing from Cherry Cordial is gently used we take a lot of time to make sure any flaws are documented and all clothes are clean before shipping.
Please keep in mind most items listed are in very limited quantities and most will not be restocked.
Q: The item I want is out of stock, will it be back in stock?
A: If an item you want is out of stock send us an email and let us know! If the item is a New Liz Lisa item we may be able to add it to our next order or let you know if we are restocking it. If it is a second hand item we'll do our best to find it for you!
Q: How does your sizing work?
A: All measurements are listed flat un-stretched in Inches and Centimeters. If possible suggested min and max measurements are also listed. Japanese sizes tend to run smaller than western sizes and often come one size only so you always want to double check your measurements.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: All items listed are stocked in the USA, orders are shipped within 1-3 days after payment.
Domestic packages should arrive within 3-7 days within the Continental US. For international orders please see the FAQ regarding international shipping.
Q: Do you accept International orders?
We sure do!
You can see a shipping estimate by placing items into you cart and making sure your country is selected.
Unfortunately International shipping is very expensive and generally starts at $23.00 (Mexico & Canada start at $15.50) and generally takes 10 to 14 days to arrive but can take longer. We always try and get packages in the mail asap to try and cut down on shipping time, but once it is in the mail it is out of our hands.
